The optical system in front of the EM5 EVF vignettes the whole image quite sharply as the distance between the eye and the EVF increases. Unfortunately, the extra rubber band on the EP-11 eyecup results in enough distance that vignetting is quite significant. Without glasses you can put your eye in a cup to reduce vignetting, but you can't with glasses. When purchasing an ep-11, I advise you to take good care of the original ep-10 eyepiece - it's almost impossible to find in stock and you may want to go back to the original sooner rather than later.
