Looks simple enough until you try to install it

This seemed like the perfect solution to store what I wanted. Unfortunately, that optimism evaporated as soon as I tried installing it. I have a Nissan Murano with a standard seating arrangement. The problem is that you have to hook the bottom straps to the underside of the passenger seat. The space between the seat and the center console is maybe 1 inch, too narrow for my hands or fingers to fit and grab the straps. You have to talk a lot and grab your fingers to try to catch the hooks. drives you crazy Finally I grabbed the straps and hooked the hanger. I hooked the straps at the bottom and then tried to attach the top strap. I just felt it wasn't long enough. I could have it spliced around the post in the longest setting, but the organizer sits about 3-4 inches lower. In my photo, the seat is pushed back as far as possible. In its normal position, the lower pocket is now blocked by the center console, making it obsolete. I don't think the manufacturer thought about it or actually tried to install it before doing it. Maybe it works for cars with very low center consoles or RVs with captain's chairs? It hasn't worked on any of our SUVs.
