I have sensitive eyes and can no longer wear waterproof mascara. It's hard to find a mascara that doesn't smudge and smudge all day long. This mascara is very easy to apply. It's not completely smudge proof, but it doesn't smudge as often as most non-waterproof brands and I rarely have to reapply. The price is right. It doesn't irritate my eyes. Washes off relatively easily. My only complaint. I HATE the tiny brush head on the applicator. I actually replaced the brush with an applicator from a different mascara. With the supplied brush I can't easily and well paint over the eyelashes. I need a big/thick brush to get more length and volume.
