Review on 💼 Qishare Laptop Case Shoulder Bag - 11.6 12 inch Multi-functional Sleeve for Microsoft Surface Pro, Macbook Air - Blue by Andrew Pickering

Bought for my 13 year old son, he uses it daily for his school tablet. The product looked good when it arrived. After only 3 months of weekly use, the adjustable strap came loose from the case. There was only 1 stitch holding the tab where you attach the clasp. So I relocated the strap tongue to a safer place and hand sewn it on with thick thread! Which wasn't easy! But he"needs" a strap! You can use the 2 handles hidden in the 2 side pockets with velcro. It's just poorly built by the eyes! The velcro does not fit and puckers when applied. The only nice thing is the zippered pocket for student ID and cell phone/headphones. The inside of the case is thick/soft enough to protect his tablet or laptop. It's ok for the price, but I should have splurged a few bucks and bought a better case. Seeing him use it daily. UPDATE: I was sent another desk drawer after my last review! I was surprised when I opened it up and said I haven't ordered this again! So it was nice to see that they read my review and quickly helped to solve my problem without even asking me for a new case. I hope this case gets better designed and lasts longer! Let's see, my son still uses the old one that I sewed with my own hands. Do you think I'm good at sewing? Rzhunimagu! I'll raise the stars if the new one lasts longer! Excellent customer service!
