They have been great to work with! We've done numerous workshops for various businesses within our organization as well at an external conference in order promote engagement among employees (as we are seeking ways of increasing employee retention). Our staff has enjoyed working alongside these people who share such interesting information while also being able find common ground amongst everyone else attending - it's made networking so much easier too!! It would be nice if there were more opportunities during this workshop/conference where you could try out some fun games or activities but other than those two small things I really can't think any downsides from my perspective personally.- Getting away outside environment which helps us connect better internally; getting ideas together & ; sharing experiences / giving feedbacks etc., having lotsa laughs when needed :-) I was working as a social media executive for the company. It has been great to have someone who truly understands marketing and digital media to guide our work. Some of the other employees were not so professional or took shortcuts with tasks. It can be difficult when you have different people in different roles. It's good to have a team but sometimes it can be disorganized. Good learning experience for me. I helped the company create new campaigns on social media platforms and blogs.
