Seat foam must be old because it's hard and doesn't lend itself well. It looks thick but firm. The lumbar support adjustment is very flimsy and the foam is also stiff and sticks to your back like a piece of wood. The armrests are covered with a very rough fabric that irritates my hands. I had to wear soft socks. I can't even use this junk. I think the other reviews were a scam by the company. They all sounded very suspicious, like someone who doesn't speak English very well, like the company that did it, even the names are suspicious. Don't believe the reviews and don't buy. I almost never write reviews like this, but this company deserves it. Money down the drain!
