The texture and color of the lip gloss match the description. Very smooth when applied. Color as shown with a slight sheen. It's very aromatic, which doesn't bother me. The aroma is a bit like vanilla. On the back of the gloss was a small stamp associated with a list of ingredients. The package is a bit bulky for me, but I can live with that. Maybelline is the only lip liner I can use without breaking out, so I'll live with bulky packaging. I will definitely be buying another color soon. Complementary Lip Gloss Update: Shortly after, I bought another LipLifter and added photos to show the differences. The first gloss was Petal 005 with some shimmer and more pink, the second gloss was Reef 006, no shimmer, more beige and less pink. Both colors look great on my complexion (dark brown) which bothered me.
