1. Too tight for a twin2. I first looked for 6 inch thickness but they had layers of fiberglass, watch out! I have to say that 4ft is just as comfortable as 6" and only has three layers - thick foam, memory foam and sleeve3. Comfortable - durable but the memory foam lets you follow your curves and makes it super cozy and comfortable - you definitely won't wake up with a backache! 4. After spending a week shopping I think I made a better decision to buy this kids portable mattress they love for sleepovers. My husband used them when we had company and we bought him a double size snap frame from Amazon Basics - he slept great! So don't argue too much about a 4" or 6" folding mattress, 4ft is a lot and well done!
