As I mentioned in my previous comment it was very easy to use as well as implement by our team members who were new or not so familiar with continuous delivery process. It has been made better through its updates since inception which makes me feel good about this product. The support from the customer service department could be improved but thats just my opinion because they are always there when you need them. There isn't much that i dislike other than minor issues like some features should have more options available to choose between. If your looking at implementing continous deployment then harness would probably fit best within your organization if you already know what your doing. We used it mainly to test out different versions of software before releasing to live environment.
