Review on BRAECN 2017 Shockproof 9 7 Inch by John Hashman

I really liked this case at first, even though it didn't come with a display cover. I liked the padding to protect the iPad from falling. My issue was that the small retractable stand on the back broke within the first 4 months of use. I should clarify by saying that it was used by me, an adult who takes good care of his electronics. When I received the case I noticed that the stand looked a bit flimsy and wondered how long it would last. After it broke I emailed the company and asked if I could get a replacement - I even offered to buy a spare. You never answered. I just checked again and found that when I clicked on the company name there was no contact information displayed. How can a company achieve 100% customer satisfaction if there is no way to contact them? Due to the fact that I need a stand to use my iPad and the lack of customer support, this only gets 1 star. I should have paid the money for a higher quality case/stand first - now I have to pay twice :(
