For reference I have a new 13" Macbook Pro with M1 chip (2020). Above or what you can actually see when the case is running). The bottom isn't that tight, as i thought so the bottom doesn't fit as snugly against the sides of my macbook and pet hair gets stuck under the case i didn't actually use silicone key covers as i didn't like them (personal preference) what worries me the most is is this updated version of the case - written and video instructions. Please read the WRITTEN instructions and DO NOT rely on the video for the top case. The video shows how to slide from the back and push from the top but vice versa. You must have the case slide down from top/front and push down to snap the back in place I thought I'd ruin my new Macbook Overall this case is worth the money and I would recommend it to friends with the little tag warning and misleading video instructions.
