This is the best little kitchen gadget you will find! I've been using it continuously since I received it a few days ago. I create all kinds of muffin recipes. My recipe only uses 1 cup of flour and makes 22 mini cupcakes (4 not shown, QC check). Above are Chocolate Zucchini Muffins with Raisins. Delicious and low in calories and low in carbs. I even use it to make my own breakfast and lunch the other day. MY GOD ! Ready in less than 5 minutes. Cleaning was a breeze. To be on the safe side, I used cooking spray. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these little bakers! I wish I had bought two, one for sweet and one for savory!
