Once you get the parts attached it's pretty solid and well thought out. We didn't use the hammer that came with it; It plugged in easily and wasn't needed for assembly. I think it's durable and should last for years. We use it in a small guest room so visitors can fold their clothes so they don't have to, as the old saying goes, 'live on suitcases'. There is plenty of storage space and there is also a 4 hook bracket that sits on one side for hanging a shirt or other clothing item. Of course, this organizer has many other uses, e.g. B. the use as a bookshelf or the storage of craft supplies. I wipe it with a slightly damp cloth to clean the device. I gave it a 5 star rating for its versatility, quality and durability.
