Saved our camera but still won't use it.

Bought for our GX85 camera for our recent trip. We ended up saving our brand new camera from being thrown around the room on day one, so it has more than justified its price tag. However, I won't be using it and have opted for a shoulder strap instead. What I liked: very comfortable on the wrist. I have a fairly thin wrist but fairly large hands, and I found that even when I had it snug on my wrist to avoid slipping, I could still easily slip it on and off without it every time having to adjust. The clip and strap worked and kept my large camera from flying out of my hand and falling to the floor for hours after unpacking. At least with our camera I could put on the strap and shoulder strap at the same time, but not with the GX85. I have a huge camera loop so this should work for others too. What I didn't like and why I wouldn't use it: It takes some effort to attach and detach from your wrist. I had a hard time doing it with one hand, and always felt like I was going to drop the camera while trying to work on the clip - every time I released it, half the clip would fly / Forced the camera out and tumbled in the camera, usually against the lens or LCD screen - Lots of hard plastic around the clip scratching the camera body/screen in your bag. - When you let go of the clip, there is a long rope hanging from your wrist, which can be a bit annoying. - at least with our GX85, when shooting in portrait format, the rope constantly disturbed the screen and had to be checked. - If you want to give your camera to someone else for a quick shot, you'll have to fiddle with the clip or slip it off your wrist. Either way, the other person will have a long line/mumbling in front of the camera, which is distracting. One person tried to put it on his arm before taking a picture and almost dropped the camera. In the end it worked as advertised and saved our camera from coming back, but you might want to look at the hand grip vs wrist strap if you have a big camera.

Great strap, but on the other hand (literally)...
