In the first set we bought one of the grinders never worked properly. I couldn't get an email address or contact information. for a guarantee. Revane couldn't get me her information. or. Anyway, I ordered another set just to get the part (and parts) I needed. After receiving another set, I received an email from Levav too late. I replied and told them I had ordered a new set but all I had to do was replace the end of the grinder. Now they email me and want me to leave a review! They work pretty well most of the time.
