I like how easy it was because my experience has been so bad lately! It's very simple but not too much information you need which makes everything easier when filling out forms or submitting things via email etc..
Not really any dislike other than maybe if there were more options? Maybe just add some extra stuff about taxes/etc - nothing major though since we're still kinda early into this process!! Easy way from having all these paperwork fill up your mail box / desk at work (or wherever) instead sending them back & forth through snailmail haha good luck finding someone who will do business using only paper documents nowadays :). Incorporating our small businesses by starting LLCs within states where possible without paying ridiculous amounts of money each year for filing fees. Also being able to file sales tax returns easily once filed rather then spending hours doing research over multiple months before realizing what goes wrong after getting those.
