I have a 32" waist so I ordered medium based on the size chart. When I tried the belt on I had to put it on the tightest slot and it was still a little loose. I asked my husband to drill another hole and cut off the excess. Knowing full well that I would have bought a size smaller instead. The first time I tried to take it off, the shackle detached from the right side of the strap so I had to reattach it. All that aside, the only good thing was that the color I received matched the color (tearose) in the picture. I feel the strap was not well made and overall a bit disappointing considering how much extra effort it took to make it usable, but you get what you pay for.
