I'm not sure I would recommend
This pillow was very comfortable for me on my first night as I had severe pain in my sides and lower back. I passed out so quickly but now it's flattened too much so my legs don't have enough support. I've only been using it for two weeks. He helped me a lot with back and side pain. I just wish it hadn't flattened out so much, I might have to toss it in the dryer to see if it fluffs up again. I particularly liked the fact that this pillow doesn't flatter my whole body and I can use any pillow for my head.
