I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

Pros:
Softer material than Premium Care. From Premium, my child had redness on the skin. This is not the case with Pure.
Has some cons
Acceptable price only if there is a good discount. The nominal price of more than 7 thousand for 180 pieces is too much
