So I spent ages installing this when it was attached to my projector and to the ceiling then I got to the last part of the connection and noticed the metal on both sides was completely torn was, fie! Now it's a waste of time unless they send me a replacement so I can swap out the faulty parts, it looks like the box is broken! It's the only way I can give 5 stars because I don't want a huge hole in my ceiling, having already installed it without knowing the main part is broken.
