I experienced all the minuses. Written on these sheets and from now on I will read one and two star reviews instead of noting that the item is basically five stars and bought. I thought I was the only negative reviewer but when I'm ready to send back these defective broken threads I'll share my story. I washed the sheets as directed before placing them on the bed in my new washer and dryer. and had to vacuum up the layers of smooth, soft black lint that made a mess everywhere, including the floor, after the lint screen was removed. I was exhausted and wanted to sleep on these sheets and not on the vacuum cleaner at this time of night. Yes they are soft but it was hot to sleep and the material crumpled up the second night I heard a click (I have an adjustable frame so the mattress shrinks) All 3 elastics snapped the 4 is ready to close walk. Keep in mind they are too big for a bed and when I removed the rest of the sheet from the bed my entire mattress topper was covered in layers of black. I can't even imagine what a mattress would look like without it, or one that "things" can go through. The elastics broke on the second night and the sheets are being returned. These sheets are of terrible quality and should not be sold. I expect this quality from a large retail chain.
