It takes some getting used to and constant readjustment is required
The assembly of this mirror is quite easy and it looks beautiful. It's very easy to adjust, making it easy to set it in a position that allows the rider to see behind them. However, as others have pointed out, it's easy to maintain the need for adjustment, especially if you have a grip shifter or tend to move your hand around the bars.
