I rarely leave a product review, but wanted to share with anyone else looking for tie-downs that these are some of the best straps I have ever used. They are extremely easy to use, simply pull the strap till tight and then lock down with the metal handle. They seem very well made, have protection from scratching your boat or whatever else is being locked down. I highly recommend and will be buying another pair if needed for other toys.

Don’t waste your time with generic ratchet type straps to secure your boat when trailering. These well made straps do the job well.

Perfect for my boat and trailer. Good quality for the price as these things are ,what I consider, consumable items. Why buy a $50-100 set of ratcheting straps when they're going to rust out just as fast? These do the simple job they're designed to do very well.

High quality tie downs for your boat. Worked perfectly. Easy to use and I believe will stand the test of time! That's my review.

Bought these because the boat I bought came with some cheap transom straps. These straps are easy to use, look to be of good solid quality, and have held up well.

It's probably safer towing a boat without strapping the transom to the trailer than using these. They're bound to fail, then fly around either damaging your boat/trailer or off into cars behind you. The strap material is thin, not much stiching. The only thing holding the latch together are two tiny stainless steel (?) rivets. The latch is held closed by a little strap and 1x1" squares of velcro.

I bought these to use on my 14' Alumacraft fishing boat. They are super easy to use and work perfect for me. Way better than using traditional ratchet straps.

This are SO easy to use, I use them to tie my jetskis to the trailer in the back, to keep them from bouncing.I tie them to the tow hook on the skis and to Tie Down Eye U Bolts on the sides and center-back of the trailer that I added.It takes like 10 seconds to setup each strap.

They are really easy to use and they hold my pontoon boat on the trailer. They are not fancy like some I have seen advertised but for under $20 you cant beat them. Cinch them up (Not too tight or else you cant latch them) and set the latch and BAM they're on. Wrap the velcro strap around and you're ready to roll.

They're not the absolute best quality straps I've ever had for holding the back end of a boat down, but they are functional and do lock it down solid. I just would have preferred a little better locking mechanism. Once the cam is folded over, they use a velcro strap to hold it in place. Other straps I've used have all had a mechanical lock to hold them. Much more solid method and given the option, I'd pay more for that mechanical lock versus this velcro strap in the future. My husband loves these things! Works as it should, super easy! We use it to tie down the back of our pontoon to the trailer.

Better quality than I expected for the price. Straps are much longer than I needed but better long than short. Would buy again.

liked it was so easy to use. Would have liked it to have a better cushion/shield between it and the boat. That's my feedback.

Product is generally fine. I may modify it to make it better. The fabric behind the buckle to protect the boat from the buckle would be better if it were a little wider. The narrow strap with velcro to hold the excess wide strap and provide backup for keeping the buckle in place would be better if the velcro was longer along the ends of that narrow strap. I couldn't fasten that velcro strap as tight as I'd prefer because the velcro is very short, so doesn't provide much positioning flexibility.

Poor quality , strap likes to twist sideways when secured. The hooks are both placed the same direction, this caused the strap to twist sideways on the port side of the boat

Quick easy replacement straps for transom of pontoon. Tighten and release easily. Heavy duty so should last a long time. Beats the old ratchet straps I had previously hands down.

These did exactly as promised, were made of webbing that was heavier than a lot I have seen out there. Works as good as tie-downs costing twice as much!

I have to say, at first I was a bit concern when I saw how simple it was after we unpacked the straps. But then, last week we went boating and it was perfect time to try them on, we came back at the ramp and when it was time to secure to the trailer with the straps, we proceeded and it was so easy we couldn’t believe it, one simple buckle that once the strap is in place and we flip the buckle it will be very tight and secure. Also a great feature the little straps with Velcro to act like a belt

I was worried that they would be long enough for our boat to trailer distance. But they work perfectly. The measurements give in the description are right on. They are well made and I especially like the protective covering over the hooks at both ends. Most importantly I don't worry about the boat moving on the trailer when going down the road now with these installed.

I was skeptical on purchasing these straps to use on our pontoon boat. I decided to give them a try and once I received them, put them on the boat. I instantly knew it was a solid product. I highly recommend these. Super strong and sturdy. Easy to use. Not to mention the price is very affordable!
