So far so good, easy to use

Boight a pontoon boat and needed new straps. Thought this was a good option for the money. So far so good. Easy to use and seems to hold boat down well. We'll see how they hold up.

Pros
  • Good solid product
Cons
  • The straps are too thin for long-term use

I would buy these agsin

Good tie down straps for my Jon boat. I little long but that is better than too short! They did the job wish the velcro strap was able to be tighter

Pros
  • Very good value for the price. I've purchased this brand previously and they have held up well.
Cons
  • The product is not environmentally friendly

works well, good price

I like the velcro that keeps the tail contained. Also the over-center clamping doesn't scratch the transom as the wide webbing behind the clamp prevents it.Easy to adjust. lift up lever/handle fully and it loosens to adjust.

Pros
  • They worked
Cons
  • The straps are not machine-washable

Simple to use for my opinion

I bought these to replace the original tie downs that came with my boat (I bought the boat new in 2014) These work as well as the originals.

Pros
  • Works great for my boat.
Cons
  • The straps are not weather-resistant, making them prone to rotting or deterioration

Great Transom Tie Downs

These do the job well for our tri-toon with 27" tubes. Long enough to reach the side mounted eye hooks on the trailer, with no excessive material flapping around. The flip lock buckle holds the strap tight, and the rubberized coating on the hooks is thicker than most ratchet-style tie downs.

Pros
  • Great quality and price.
Cons
  • Poor durability leads to frequent replacement
