Super training tool!

This was some of the best money I’ve ever spent! This bungee system works so well, in the pool and on land! I clipped it to a dog stake in the ground for land work, and on my step railing in the pool. The shoulder straps are padded and very comfortable. I highly recommend this product!

Cons

One major drawback of using the Explosive Force Resistance Training Rope is the risk of injury. If not properly secured to a stable anchor point or not used correctly, the rope can snap and cause serious harm to the user or those nearby
