I love that with one click of an icon, we can see every single customer in our database (including their demographic data). The insights are extremely helpful to drive marketing strategies as well as identify opportunities within my client's portfolio of clients. We've only been using it since mid-2019 but so far everything has functioned flawlessly! Not really anything about this software itself although there could be some minor UI changes or additional features added at least once during 2019/2020 timeframe. This is something you MUST use if your goal is CRM usage analytics reporting purposes ONLY!! If used correctly its pretty much perfect for us right now even though not all functionality works properly yet due to lack of resources from support side - however they do have plans to get things fixed soon enough which i'm sure will make many happy users out here :P I like that it is easy to use, has many features which are useful in my line of work (retail), and can be used with other software as well. It's not perfect but does what we need it to do. Nothing really. The only thing you have to remember when using this program is to log into your account regularly so you don't lose any data if something happens to your computer or hard drive. We're solving problems related to our inventory management by tracking customer orders and keeping track of stock levels.
