Review on Colgate Max Fresh Toothpaste - Cool Mint with Mini Breath Strips, 2 Pack by Andrea Jackson

I think it's funny giving this toothpaste only two stars because it really isn't that bad. But I find the concept of tiny breath strips embedded in a gel to be a bit gimmicky and add no value. I should point out that when it comes to big mainstream brands, I prefer Colgate Crest and this product is not particularly inferior to other Colgate gels I've tried. But the thing is, I prefer something with some sand (similar to the paste they use at the dentist's office for my semi-annual cleaning) to keep plaque and tartar at bay. These breath strips certainly add an ultra-minty flavor to the paste, but they don't really clean my teeth.
