I confess that I did not purchase these monitor stands for computer or desk or other electronic purposes. I actually bought them for my kitchen cabinets. And they are amazing! We needed coasters, but the ones I found at Revain or Target/Walmart were lightweight, plastic, or couldn't support more than 5-10 pounds. . The plastic cup I bought was perfect, but the weight of our cups created permanent sag in the center and the legs started slipping off center. Not the most durable shelf. So I just searched for "metal stands" and found monitor stands, narrowing myself down to these as they are adjustable and can support a lot of weight. Slightly smaller than a plastic riser but very strong (no chance of falling or failing here). Easy assembly, cheap price for two, legs don't scratch, fast delivery. You are perfect! The only upgrade I could make is to hot glue a non-slip backing to the top of the shelf in the future.
