This applies to XBox One ONLY: These joysticks were easy to install. They work perfectly - almost (hence 4 stars instead of 5). The problem I had was that in Destiny and Destiny 2 the left trigger acted like it was activated, which meant I was constantly aiming down the barrel of my gun. After moving the left trigger magnet about 5mm, the left trigger behaved normally. sooo not sure why only these two games. There may be other people with the same condition that I don't have, but this CAN BE OVERCOME.
