Review on Mishansha by Jack Malloy

In spite of the fact that Mishansha's online store boasts of providing customers with excellent savings opportunities, my most recent transaction with them left me feeling let down. I used the discount code that Mishansha had given me during the checkout procedure; however, the discount was not applied to the items that I had bought. I attempted to contact their customer service department, but they did not respond to my inquiries and did not offer any solutions to the problem. It was guaranteed to me that I would receive a discount, but Mishansha did not follow through with their promise, which has led me to question the credibility of the business. Their online store needs to have a better system in place to handle discounts and promotions, and their customer service needs to be more responsive to customer questions. Moreover, they need to improve the quality of their customer service. The online store run by Mishansha is not one that I would recommend to anyone seeking for a trustworthy and open manner in which to do their shopping.
