Great when HDMI ports go bad

I have a Sony Bravia, rather old, and the 3 HDMI ports went bad, endless flickering. Isolated it to HDMI.i had an extra Component input, so this product is just what the doctor ordered. Works well, and now I can watch Roku and DVD player without endless flickering.
