I have mouth tics anxiety so decided to try this. My jaw hurt so much from biting and tongue clicking. The instructions for this were very easy (MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE) and I love wearing them. My tics are less noticeable now since I've been messing around with meds, but when I'm having a particularly bad day I wear this and it's really great! My mouth is a bit small so it was a bit uncomfortable to wear at first but you get used to it.
