This basket is very large - more in width than in height. It is woven and the handles are attractive and separate from the basket meaning they are not woven on the inside. However, what initially drew me to this basket is my biggest disappointment. I love the idea of the outside handles, but these handles end in sharply stitched points (see photo) that cut my arms when carrying the basket in a single throw. Since the basket is heavy, that means it gets worse when it's full. It's so disappointing and if I had known about it I wouldn't have ordered it. Otherwise I like the basket. It is exceptionally strong and slightly heavy. This one holds about three or four of my throws or can be used as a basket. It can also be used in the children's room to store diapers, toys, etc. These baskets can be used in many different ways. In fact, I bought a basket about half the size of the one I use for storing books. The current price of $26.99 is typical for these baskets. The only thing I don't like about this basket is the sharp handles. Wrinkles caused by folding for shipping will disappear on their own over time. You can also use a steam iron to smooth out wrinkles, but I haven't tried it. Because of the pointed handles, this gets 3.5 stars. If the handles on the bottom were smooth it would get 5 stars from me.
