What I didn't like was that the screws didn't go all the way in and 2 screws got tangled and wouldn't turn all the way in, making the stool not as stable as it should be. That in itself messed up the whole concept of the chair as it is a really good and satisfying product. You should all be thinking that maybe you should add a few extra screws just in case because I bought the chair as I did and used it for that reason so with screws tangled and now I can't even use the chair because it uses a lot rocks and is very thin so it was about $70 for a product that I only got to use for 2 weeks. of that, so yeah, not a good investment.
