Review on PreScouter by Walter Day

I like that it gives me an overview of my entire team, including any potential problems or conflicts with one another! It is easy to use and very helpful in getting insight into what's going on within our department. Sometimes it takes some time before other employees see changes made by myself. If they are able to see them immediately then there is no issue. But if not, we just have to wait until someone else makes those changes so they can be visible as well. My favorite feature about this software is how much detail it provides when looking at different departments. I also really enjoy using it because it lets us know who has been doing great work and who needs more attention from their manager. We've noticed improvement in several areas where people were having trouble keeping up with tasks assigned to them.
