Received today. Once I got that I went ahead and made the first brew with just water as the instructions say. I've talked a lot in previous reviews about how long it takes to brew, that's not a problem for me, it took me about 1 minute to get the cream out of the fridge and put sugar in my cup of it was done. My coffee was hot too. I've seen other reviews saying it stops working after the 3rd brew. I'm a bit worried but if this happens with mines I'll update my review. So far no complaints. I like that it's small and doesn't take up much space. As promised, it's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still in love with this coffee maker. I had no problems, I was worried about all the negative reviews. It's been 2 weeks and the coffee machine is still working perfectly. Made 5 cups with no problems. I'm glad I made this purchase. Oh, I've been using it every day since I got it, by the way.
