Review on BenQ EX3210U FreeSync Eye Care Microphone 31.5", 144Hz, Built-In Speakers, 4K by Gabriel Pisano

I've been looking at this monitor for a long time since it was released. Finally I pulled the trigger when it became available and I have no regrets. Updated from EX2510 and very happy. The color space is amazing (considering the gaming performance and the QHD resolution). I was looking for something I could play while getting the most out of my Xbox Series X (specifically 120 fps) and also something I could use Photoshop with for accurate color reproduction. I got my hands on the LG GP-950 (4K @ 120Hz) but was a bit disappointed that it didn't have an eye care solution (low blue light options). Returned - bought and never regretted. The low blue light option makes a world of difference when you want to sit down and play in a dimly lit room for more than an hour. Not to mention features I haven't found on other monitors like automatic input switching wherever a signal is coming in, an extremely efficient menu system (my favorite by far) and just plain great IPS panel that hits the mark. . It takes time for BenQ to launch its products and they may fall behind their competitors in terms of specs, but they are worth it because they do it the way it should be done. The built-in speaker system is no joke. If you're a casual user and just want to use it to play audio for entertainment or gaming, this is by far the best sounding built-in speaker you'll find. The only thing that bothers me is that I don't use it (route audio to a Yamaha HS8 for audio work) so I feel a significant chunk of the price comes from the onboard sound system. Regardless, this is a GREAT monitor that hits the mark. for gaming and professional color reproduction. I'm sure they will be offering a 4K HDMI 2.1 monitor for console gamers in the near future and I'll switch to that when the time comes.
