They run big best in my review
According to the sizing it said my husband was a XL but I bought him Large. Large was way too big. He is 5-10 165 and the medium for him well. He likes them!

- My Husband loves them,he said the fit was perfect. The pockets are an added bonus.
Cons
- The pockets may not be secure enough for some items, leading to lost or damaged items during workouts
