Review on ๐ŸŒน Kuumba Made Tunisian Amber Fragrance Oil Roll-On - Long-lasting 1-Unit, .125 Fl Oz / 3.7 mL for Intense Aromatherapy by Kim Marshall

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Subtle and real amber scent (Rating compared to Amber Paste)

This is a duplicate review; I am posting it for both Tunisian amber and amber paste so maybe it will help others like me who want to know the difference between the two products. The obvious first difference is that the paste is thick and slightly sticky while the second is spherical. Both containers are the same size. The sticky texture bothered me at first when reading about it in other reviews, but it doesn't stay sticky when rubbed in. When I first opened the bottle, the paste seemed rough (can you tell the scent is loud?). I was nervous but I gave it a try anyway and I'm very glad it took root. They both have a wonderful amber scent and I'm so thankful I finally found what I was looking for. But the Roll-it has a more subtle flavor. It doesn't keep as well as pasta. Amber paste is a stronger first puff, and it takes a few minutes to really get into its base note (aromatic jargon means the scent changes in a short amount of time, and what's left is called the base note). I LOVE it so much I even used it to inhale before bed. I personally prefer amber paste. I love the convenience of rolling Tunisian amber and if you want a very subtle scent this might be for you. If you love the scent of amber, this paste is for you. Please note that although this is a natural scent, it is still annoying to those who are sensitive to fragrances. So if you're in a work environment, a softer (roller) might be a better choice. Hope that helps. (reviewed by Laya)
