I was very excited about this product when it first came out, the cable length was just what I needed and it had USB and USBC (difficult to combine with one long cable). Unfortunately, both USB ports became extremely unreliable after a few weeks. They start charging when plugged in and then stop. Sometimes I can get them to work by wiggling the USB connector, but that's definitely a product issue. All cables work fine when plugged in elsewhere, so it's not the cables that are the problem. All other sockets work fine, but the main reason for the purchase was the availability of USBC. Very disappointed.
