Elbow Pain of ANY Kind Finds Its Cure

Most of my elbow pain over the past 10 years or so is due to aging and weightlifting/exercising 3 times a week. I'm not an orthopedic authority and obviously not a doctor, but I do know a thing or two about weightlifting, having done it for the last 40 years or so. At some point in life, this is a double-edged sword for most people, meaning the benefits of strength training must be weighed against the pain it causes in different parts of the body. The tendons sometimes become inflamed, or worse, stretched or stretched. Ruptures, resulting in an inability to continue without a mitigating factor to relieve pain. This is where the McDavid Elbow Support compression sleeves come into play. I used these elbow braces with velcro straps which were fine but didn't quite fit. THIS product gave immediate results the first time I put it on before a workout and have been doing it consistently ever since. I used the basic guide that others have listed here to determine the size for ordering and then scaled down because I wanted maximum compression while still maintaining freedom of movement in my arms. I'm 6'4" and weigh myself. I weigh 245 pounds at the time of writing this article to give you a link and ordered the sleeves in MEDIUM which are perfect for my needs. They really help with the pain by doing it provide firm support to boost my confidence on a variety of weightlifting exercises curls forearms lat pulldowns delts and triceps If you are a tennis player and have terrible tennis elbow I would definitely give these sleeves a try We all need a little sometimes Help from our friends to get through life and this McDavid product featured here is my newest buddy.
