First of all, please excuse my thick back and bumpy butt. I'm 180 and 5'6" and my measurements are 38 x 34 x 45. Thought I'd keep this item because it is true to size and I couldn't find a decent thong. Most of the items here say thong but it does are not real thongs. Thongs should be thinner in the back, not the same size. I attached the blue 'thong' I had previously bought and compared it to others I have. see the difference. It's just looks looks like you have a big gusset. sweetheart. Coming back to this item, even though it's crumpled in the crease (I hope it's because of the label) it's still the closest thing to a real thong. I went ahead and ordered White and fuchsia also in a large size. Let's see how they fit. In the photo I noticed that the white is very low in front. I'll keep you guys informed. Overall worth buying.
