Good:* Shoes are very comfortable* Fit as expected* Heel goes "up" like loafers or "down" like sandals and will be comfortable Bad:* My gut reaction ( what I can not understand in any way) was that this is too high a price for the material from which the shoes are made. If I had tried it on in a store I would not have been able to convince myself to buy it no matter how comfortable I would be walking in flip flops. I don't mind giving them back. I may update this later if they stand the test of time but I have a feeling the material is so thin it won't last long. Update: the price has come down since purchase, I'm happy to pay the current price for these shoes. They work well in a typical office.
