Great deal on pens! I had several bikes that needed grips at the same time. This package worked great. I cut off the old handles and score them with a utility knife, being careful not to scratch the stems. These new handles are easy to trim. I used office scissors, just clamped the handle and cut. I used a box cutter if I needed a bit of trimming. I had to cut the knobs for the shifters and a kids bike because of the brakes. See photo with lever. My method of application is to put some rubbing alcohol on the handle, plug the holes and shake it a bit. Then shake out the excess alcohol and apply it to the steering wheel. I put them on and off a few times to get rid of excess alcohol until they start sticking to the steering wheel. Then I install them and leave them enabled. I'll leave them ready for a while! These grips don't have a lot of cushioning, but they're still okay and can't beat the price. Now I need two more bikes to use the extra pairs!
