Review on Remain Software by Brandon Wynen

Remain has been great to work with! They are very responsive when it comes to getting things done quickly or solving any issues you have along your automation journey. I wouldn't say there was anything that really stood out as being bad about this product but we would love more support options available if something goes wrong (e.g., phone call vs. ticket). The main benefit of using remain so far is having everything handled by one team instead of multiple teams working together across different locations/offices at BPAY Solutions. This allows us to focus our time towards other parts of business development which reduces internal resources required internally. We've also had some external partners who needed help implementing their systems into ours. With remains assistance they were able to complete those projects faster than expected which allowed them to continue moving forward without delay while still benefiting from our expertise within internal processes.
