4/10, does the job: my feedback
This bench is a little unstable, but nothing that I didn’t expect for it being foldable.
Other than that, it’s taller than the commercial gym bench which makes it difficult to do single leg lunges, hip thrusts, bench press.Kind of a drag. It’s almost too lightweight as it slides around significantly if you’re using any type of weight with it.
- Love how adjustable this is. Comfortable too. Folds up smallish. Good enough for my purposes.
- The adjusting mechanism for the bench can be difficult to use and may require extra time and effort to set up properly
