The Island Genius Flying Rings are indeed lightweight flying rings but I think that's about where the accurate description ends. They are not flexible or soft but are thin, hard plastic. Hmm, would I let a small child catch one of these? Probably not. They may be somewhat easy to catch because they are rings, but the hard plastic has a good chance of whapping a kid and turning what was supposed to be a fun time into boohoo land.They do fly further than expected for how cheaply made they are. As someone else stated, they are essentially just a (very thin) plastic frisbee with the center cut out.For this price, I would pass and get one of the name brand flying rings.
