The mattress is good and seems quite comfortable in its normal shape after being out of the box for 3 days and I also got a replacement today and it works the same as the other one that isn't full Assemble mold, one side is normal and the other side is flat, will not be normal size as it should be. So when I put it in the crib the mattress tilts to one side and I'm a little nervous putting my baby in it because he might turn over as he's not even around the mattress. I feel they need to address the packaging issues as both mattresses were cut open when I received them and air got in before being removed from the bag to allow for proper inflation.
