Purchased on 11/14/2020. 1 fan went out on my card. As a result, I replaced both since they came with the kit. Now one fan is completely out of order in this new set. I also just noticed that these fans have a 4 pin connector as opposed to the standard 3 pin connector. Therefore, you MUST use them as a set. Impossible to mix and match. Also, these "replacements" never worked with the 0RPM fan mode that the card ships with.
