After reading reviews, ordered a size down than what I usually would get and it's still a little big, but fits comfy over scrubs layered with a long-sleeved top. Different shade of blue than what is typically found for royal blue, looks very different from my royal blue scrubs. As other reviewers have mentioned, the jacket does like to get caught on the end of stretcher rails, so if you don't like to button up your jackets expect to have that happen. Decent jacket for the price.
